Title: Blue embossed Czechoslovakian, Central Europe :-) spatter vase

Any suggestions for a maker?
I know its Czechoslovakian cos it says so embossed on the base  ;D Age ? Im guessing 30s ?
6 1/2 inches tall, multi colour spatters on a blue base. 2 vertical mould lines.
