Title: Chinese, i think , can i give them to Oxfam?

I was going to drop these off at the Charity shop, does the panel think most likely Chinese?
broken pontils, full of bubbles and lumps. Not very good quality.
Im not giving away a fortune, am I ?  :24:

Good job you're not near me Andy - I'd be the twit who bought them - just for being cheerful and colourful......
