I am new to this so please be patient with me , can anyone help me identify this glass vase , It stands 6" high is encased in a clear glass , with a green glass which is approx 4" from the top of the vase , it also has bubble inclusions , and an inverted bubble base which has a hole in it , very much a scandinavian design but unsure would be able to send a picture to anyone who thinks they can help

May be worth googling Krosno Glass , a Polish company who often use the bubble in the base you describe.

That is Krosno all right. They originally usually came with a little wick holder which fits in the top hole and you're supposed to burn lamp oil in them. We se a lot of these - it must have been one of their best selling items.
