Title: Makers of Jelly moulds
Post by: Margi on March 17, 2010, 05:58:09 PM
Good evening
I have a couple of jelly moulds which I am trying to ID.  During my research all I can come up with is that they are being sold as either vintage or victorian but no makers name.  Is there somewhere that I can research for the makers or am I asking the impossible.
TIA

Hi Margi Can you post photos of your jelly moulds I am sure we can help. Bagley Glass made jelly moulds from 1930s some were still in production in 1950

I've also seen some in VSL 1913 catalogue - pictures and approx. size would be good  :)

Just to add these were bought in England not France if that helps.  Pics as requested.

The little one appears to have run off with the tape measure so when she wakes I should be able to add the sizes meanwhile I shall guess about 4-5inch high x 7-8wide x 4-5 across probs miles out  ;D
