J — late Sowerby, certainly in trade catalogue No. 40 of c.1970 (see Cottle p.46).   You will find more detailed information in Glen's CDs.

If you're interested in Sowerby, you really should buy the CDs. Try here (http://www.geocities.com/carni_glass_uk_2000/SowerbySECONDcd.html).

Or borrow them from your library — interlibrary loan works well in the UK, and is usually free, although there may be a small fee payable to help with postal costs and deter timewasters.

You might find it useful to read help topic ADMIN: Using Copyright Material (http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,24434.0.html).   The GMB takes a strong line supporting Intellectual Property Rights, not surprisingly, as just in the last 24 hours there was a high proportion of publishers, published authors, and website proprietors amongst those who posted.   I happen to be in the first two of these three categories!
