This pitcher or creamer is located in Russia. I posted it on this forum because I think it is of British origin. I hope to have more information about it.

Is it red glass or is the colour sprayed/enamelled on? Either way it doesn't strike me as English, far more likely Continental Europe.

Are you sure it´s solid red? I seem to see a clear casing; maybe it´s just imagination. With it´s
neatly finished pontil and the clear shape I´d look into the Art Déco Tango and Tango-like makers.

The colour made me think possibly a Bohemian Deco Tango maker too
