Title: Expensive Clichy

I realise Clichy mushrooms are rare, but I tend to think that they are always overlays - except when the overlay is removed to hide damage.  So is this mushroom (http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?icep_ff3=2&pub=5574631383&toolid=10001&campid=5336261829&customid=&icep_item=250605054771&ipn=psmain&icep_vectorid=229466&kwid=902099&mtid=824&kw=lg) original, or a 'restoration'?  If the latter, as I suspect, it looks very, very expensive to me.
