Is it possible to attribute this vase to any particular maker? Im thinking its Czechoslovakia, not marked
11 inches tall, triple cased, looks like inner clear layer, red middle and clear outer, so nicely made.
Cheers

Hi Andy, Definitely Czech, but I have not seen this particular shape before and I have no other examples in this coloration. Finding the same shape in an identifiable decor is possibly the only way to attribute to a particular house.... Nice find...
OK if I use the pics?
Thanks, Craig

If you have any brainwaves , let me know.

Thanks Andy, I will let you know..... I think the key to this one is to find the shape in an identifiable decor.... The shape is different. Size wise the pics are fine.
Thanks again, Craig

Coincidentally, at a small antiques fair today, i saw another vase, same shape and size (i think)
it was mottled green all over, from top to bottom, and on the top it had a metal cap! Not a mesh top,
but a domed solid cap, i thought it may have contained ashes :P but nothing, it was loose, but i think
original, i would presume to encourage a decorative use for the vase, without using it for flowers.
Dealer wanted £45 , bit steep for me today.
sorry, no pics .
