Title: FROSTED/VASELINE not sure of the maker or description

I am having trouble with the description and maker of this very pretty glass tray,nice raised flower and a divider, it is 28cm 20cm with the raised pattern on the underside.Lynn

Bagley Alexandra and only uranium (vaseline) if it glows a very bright green under a UV light. That one doesn't look like it does IMHO. Made 1939 until 1975
