Title: How can I determine the age of this glass fishing float?

I bought this at a boot sale and was wondering how to date it and discover where it might be from. I have seen some similar "Japanese" floats...but how do you tell what they are?

Just found Tom Rizzo's article on The Glass Museum....think I might find some answers there. "I must search GM before I post in future" 200 lines for tomorrow  :24:
