Title: Can anyone ID this cornucopia?
Post by: sandymae on April 14, 2010, 10:29:25 PM
I have this lovely cornucopia, and just wondered if it could be a Seguso piece, or did other workshops also put these out.

Leslie Pina shows a couple of transparent colored cornucopia vases that are shaped like this on page 202 of her book Archimede Seguso. The simple feet and twisted apex are like yours. She wrote that the design was from 1956 and the ones in the book have labels.

Thanks Anita, thats good to hear. I don't have the Seguso book, but think that it's next on my list of must haves.
