A deceased estate find I need help to id & age this vase. Is that called enamel decoration?

Would I be safe in describing the decoration as art noveau style?

Neither the enameled decoration nor the shape of the vase itself have anything to do with the art nouveau style. It is a traditional decoration, circa 1880-1920 and most likely made in Bohemia.
