Looks like a Murano but not too sure...

The inside looks like it has bubbles in a common Murano pattern, so I would say that yes, it is Murano.

From what I see of the inside of the ashtray, it looks like a typical cased bullicante on blue lattimo.

Not sure -- but might it be made by Barbini? (as a possibility??)

Yes, I beleive it is a Barbini as well.
