I believe this one is still a mystery, it has been discussed on the board before. Often assumed to be Czech but it seems it's probably not.

Can't find the previous threads at the moment.

Found them (and that wasn't easy either!). Not that it helps much. The pictures in the second thread have gone, but the piece in question was a smaller version of the vase, with 'handles' with only two holes, so that they looked like the underside of a nose.
