Title: Horizontal ribs on tall crystal wine glass

Two 21 cms (more than 8") lead crystal wine glasses weighing 325 grams each (i.e. heavy in imperial terms); the stem has engraved horizontal bands. Does anyone recognise? I'd like to know before they get pressed into service....
