Looks curiously bulgy at the sides for a WF dish?

Doesn't look quite right to me either...........the blues catalogued for the 9099 bowls were Sapphire, Arctic, Kingfisher, Sky Blue and it doesn't look either of these. Antique Blue was used only for Toby Jugs according to my info.

What is the diameter?   And what is the rim finish like, does it roll over so that you can grip it  with fingers easily?  Seen a lot of odd "look a likes" recently where the inside of the rim is straight i.e no finger grip, if you know what I mean.

If you can get it on to IS IT on www.whitefriars.com to give it a chance of some other views.........I am very uncertain of it from your pics.

Hi Michelle, has Emmi says, not quite right the bubbles too small and uniform see these regular the Greens Reds and Blues not quite right for W/f.  If you have some spare time tonight there is actually a guy on Whitefriars.com who can tell you to the bubble how many columns and how many bubbles per columns for the different sizes, now there's dedication for you  LOL
cheers Chris

The Sky Blues were made in just two sizes, 4.5 " and 5.5" and one went on ebay just a couple of months ago for just £27.00!!!  Can't remember what size, but still a reasonable price.

As Emmi can tell you, most items in Sky Blue make considerable sums these days, but the 9099 bowls (which this isn't) are the poor relation of Whitefriars.
Mass, mass produced, and also possibly suffer from the ashtray stigma ?
