Title: Amethyst, mushroom shaped vase/bowl with signature?

Found this one up today and wonder if anyone can confirm the maker and age for me. It looks like wells but I can't find anything from them.

1950-1966,if I remember right,Thomas Webbs 'Stourbridge' area,
