hi,i dont know paperweights,is this has got 5 bubbles and blue's green's red's and yellow's at the bottom,in the pic it looks like its got a bubble at the top but it has'nt i think its the reflection,thanks kaz

Chinese, the red, blue, yellow and green combination with the matt base is a give away
