Title: Pk / Boheme id please

My initial thought on this was PK but I think that was just going on the decoration then bohemian jumped in my head.  Probs neither but I am rather stuck does anyone recognise please.

If you mean Palme Koenig I don't think it is,it's not like anything I've seen by them,Bohemian's possible see what others say,
