Hi,
If all is well and the ' Gods of the Lehr ' are feeling happy, I should be seeing a piece of 'Henry Moore' sculpture at Adam's tomorrow. I was there on Friday and saw it being made for me........... It was a thank you from Adam to me for supplying some steel plates from the boatyard where I moor my boat. 50 hours in the annealing oven should be enough but only time will tell.
Pics tomorrow !!!!
Regards, Patrick.

Ohhhhhh wow that is gorgeous!!!

Good for you Patrick - that is beautiful!
-
But if you put your 'Henry Moore' in your garden, won't it sink? :rn: ;D
-
[Incidentally, I'm not suggesting you put this fantastic sculpture in the canal! It's just that all the Henry Moores we see are in gardens, so it follows that... Never mind...ITMH]

Hi Cathy,
I had the canes and Adam was going to make me another duck.................... But then I remembered two sculptural vases in his gallery and thought they would be an ideal showcase for the canes. Ray Annenberg used to make swirly paperweights at Whitefriars using canes and they are very collectible. see this collection ( you need to scroll down ) http://www.whitefriars.com/my_gallery.php?Owner=steve+rayner
I arranged the canes on the marver so a little bit of me went into the piece.
Regards, Patrick. :) :) :)
Ps, Ray gave me the canes........
