Title: orange fish with green plant?

Hi again, this paperweight has four orange fish with a green flower in the center on a bed of white spots. Its very nice and seems better quality than my other aquatic weights. I would love to know anything about it if anyone recognises it. Thanks again.

Chinese I would say, especially if the base is matte
