I bought this today I am thinking Bohemian spatter with sulphides but I could be easily wrong, rough pontil to back of weight and a tool mark on base.
Looks to be pretty old pre 1900?, height 6" 15cm
Thanks for any help with ID

Belgian might be an option. Wait for Alan to weigh in. He's the real expert.

I have one of these and I think they're from Belgium, that's where mine originated (eBay purchase).

I'd go with Belgium - the overall style is like Belgian footed weights; they were keen on religious sulphides; and I have seen a near identical figure grouping in a VSL weight. Alsace (eg Miesenthal, the next valley to the Saint-Louis factory) is also a possibility. That said, there were quite a few factories around Belgium and France that were capable of making relatively simple pieces like this, and did so. The sulphides were bought from suppliers, so pinning it on a specific maker is probably impossible.
I think it is old, meaning pre World War 1.

I believe the correct name for this form is a Monstrance.
