Hi Lily,
You've posted in Scandinavian glass by mistake. I'll move it to British for you. In general and for many reasons, the members here don't tend to comment on valuations. However, this is quite a special piece.

Lily — What is it's diameter? It should be 9" (S/696D), 12" (696D), or 14½" (699D). That will tell you what size black plinth and flower dome are missing, see http://www.cloudglass.com/flower3.htm
These sets are often unwittingly separated by the unknowing, and it is very difficult to find the correct extras to complete the set, so I urge you to go back to your bowl's source to try to acquire these. I don't talk values, but a complete set is significantly more valuable than just the bowl.
You can read about ORA here (http://www.cloudglass.com/Red.htm). You seem to have the early trade mark.

Great find - highly collectable! But giving a value depends on what someone will pay for it. Who can tell?

I saw one of these in Broadfield House Glass Museum earlier today... superb!
