Title: Carnival flute vase - ID = Dugan "Thin Panel"

Hello again

Is there a known manufacturer for this flute vase with slight ruffle rim.  It has 10 sides.  The base is smooth non coloured and inverted.

Looks like Dugan's "Thin Panel".
