Hi and welcome Bockschuss,
it's been made by Hirschberg in Germany - around 1970 I'd say.

edit: It would be much nicer, if you could use the attach function of this board - so we won't get
spammed with single women, lottery humbug and similar annoying advertisement thingies...

Allright thank you very much for your ID!

Sorry for the inconvenience. I've never realised photobucket spamming visitors as I'm using Firefox with the adblock plus plugin so I've nothing like you've described. It will take me some time to reload the pictures into the board system and I will possibly only be able to do so later this week.
