Title: Unknown Glass Paperweight

I purchased this paperweight along with some others. I have absolutely no idea what make or date it is. I have search the web but can not see anything similar. Can anybody identify this paperweight?

Yes, this is Chinese.  What I am not sure of is whether it dates from 1930's or 1960-70's.  I do not believe I have seen the little white canes w/markings on them before.

The canes with markings on in this (standard design) Chinese paperweight show stylised doves (hard to see on the images). I suspect these date to later than the 1930s, but I could not be certain. They are unusual in that they do not appear to be copies of other makers' work (true also for Chinese Whites, of course).
