Title: Id help please - Vertical Ribs one Side, Horizontal the Other Cased Vase

I picked up this lovely vase a few weeks ago, it is very heavy and my favourite colour. I thought it was quite unusual as it has horizontal ribbing on one side and vertical on the other.

It is very heavy and is 8 inches tall and 6 inches wide. It would be great to know who made it if anyone knows.

Even if it is Ikea or something similar I won't love it any less. ;)

It's difficult to tell from your photos but I am sure I have seen this somewhere identified as from Poland.  I love it, it's a gorgeous vase.

Well thanks for that. I did use the search but couldn't find anything, all my other buys I have managed to identify using the search facility.

Perhaps it will always be a mystery but I will take great pleasure in owning it and I only paid £2 for mine.
