I found this interesting and the design, colors, and canes pleasing.  It did not strike me as Bohemian however ... perhaps 1970's Baccarat or a high-quality Murano piece?  I think it was very attractive .... at one time.

I think it's by Ferro & Lazzarini, I have seen these canes and setups with F&L labels.

Definitely Murano. I'd put it's dating at third quarter 20th century. It is definitely not antique and not Bohemian.
