Title: Dandelion Paperweight
Post by: Lit Up on June 05, 2010, 11:24:51 PM
Hi All,

My old dad has had a dandelion paperweight for years. Just wondering who the makers mark is, (flower) and if someone could tell me a little more about it?

Definitely Hafod Grange: the rose is their label.

I believe that the flowers or seed heads are freeze dried before being encapsulated in clear resin. I have seen quite a few older weights that have gone pale yellow (our dandelion head weight has too!).
