Title: Bohemia Czechoslovakia label -- ID help please

Can anyone help me identify this czech label?  I've looked in the Glass Queries Gallery, but it wasn't there.  Obviously it's prior 1992 as it says 'Czechoslovakia', but I'd appreciate more information. Thank you!

This label appears on exactly the same vase.

The label is likely to be generic though, as many of the Czech glass companies were marketed through the same organisation: Glassexport. I could be wrong of course.

Don't take what I said as definitive. It's just something to bear in mind. Jindrich may know the answer.

This label was used for Jablonecké sklárny, Jablonec n/N - exlusive label for art glass. Used since 1990 to 1992.
