Title: Interesting Art Glass Grape(?) Leaf

Was part of a box lot purchase.  There is a wire between the leaf and the curly vines that looks like it was meant to hold a card.  Wondering if anyone has seen anything like it.  The glass part (sans stem) is about 3" tall  x 2.5" wide
