Title: Iittala Candle Holder. Name? Designer?

Hello again.  I found this Iittala candle holder, but I cannot find it in my books.  Does this have a proper name and who designed it?  Thank you ever so.

I believe it's by Timo Sarpaneva and the model name is 'Arktia'.
