Title: Black and White vase with signature? ID = Will Shakspeare

Hello, this vase is 5 inches high with slight concave base with rough pontil mark. I am unable to recognise the etching on the base. Can anyone help, with thanks

it is definitely Will Shakspeare's sig but I don't know if you'll find it on the site.  I haven't looked for a little while but as I recall it tends to be current designs only.
