Is this something anyone here could put a maker to?

It's hand made and stands 200mm tall

What's the base like? It's only hand-made in that it's hand-finished, i.e., handle, spout/rim and enamelling. It could be automatically blown.

These 1960s striped things as usually 1. Austrian 2. German or 3. English.
