Title: naked female form, mould blown, clear glass vase - ID = Libbey Glass USA

Hi all
I picked this vase up and havent the first idea on where to even start on trying to work out a possible maker or even country.
The vase is quite crude, with a slight blue-ish tint to the glass.
The vase has a textured look (reminds me of beaten metal) with 3 naked female forms around it (all the same), there are 2 indented seams running up the side (not like pressed glass seams)
On the base is a moulded mark, when you look down on to it is just a sqiggle, but when you look through the glass at it, it looks a bit like a £ sign without the middle line
the vase stands at 22.5cms tall and 6.5cm in diameter
