This vase is another donation to the Isle of Wight Hospice. Although I don't think it is anything special, all information helps us learn. The better informed we are the more we will be able to raise for the cause.
It is 12" tall and 3" diameter. The engraving is outlined in a deep groove which is infilled with a matt finish. It is possible that there are words on the base but it could be wishful thinking and a trick of the wrinkles in the moulding process.

I don't recognise it at all, though I'd imagine it's fairly new and, while pretty enough, I really don't think it's anything special. I'd put a "decorative item" sort of local standard price on it and hope somebody likes it enough to pay for it. :X:
