Title: Spatter glass? vase (i think) Need Help to ID please

Hi, Is this piece spatter glass? it is quite heavy weighing approximatly 2kg does have some wear to the base and is blown i think, does anyone have any ideas where this is from or to a maker?

hi Christine, possibly, I bought this from a charity shop approximatly 8 years ago I would think item wasn't new then but I didn't think it was all that old either, I only paid five pounds, so if it turns out to be  :or: i wont be too upset,
