Title: large glass vase phoenician ?

could someone help me find out what make this vase is,its 12ins in height and very heavy, has ground polished pontil to base and light base wear,it was suggested it was phoenician, any input would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Definitely not Phoenician, It's most probably a Prachen piece, see here: http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,22373.0.html

Can we have a bigger picture and closer  (700 pixels for the maximum dimension is usually good) against a neutral background and base shot please.

I'm thinking Prachen Glassworks Flora line, which designed by Frantisek Koudelka in the mid 1970s

ID'd in the book "Hi Sklo Lo Sklo" by Mark Hill, page 51 as "Flora" by the Prachen glassworks, designed by Frantisek Koudelka in 1973/74.
