Title: Opal oval over red

small oval dish in ruby red, with opal band and clear rim - which in the picture looks black but that is just trick of the black background.
I'm trying to decide if this is a Murano item or an unsigned unica by Meydam who is known to have used these colours.
Anyone vote Murano? Other options?

Have seen these with Ferro labels (Murano), but also similar ones by Scandinavian designers, so not so sure on which it is.
