Title: Please help id enamelled vase - Heckert / Harrrach?

Hoping someone could point me in the right direction with regard to identifying this enamelled vase. It is hand etched on the bottom with the numbers 4698 over 25.  Could it be Heckert, Harrach ?????  I look at it every day and wonder where it came from.

There's a similar shaped two handled 'vase' in Truitts Bohemian glass attributed to Heckert,the way the handles have been applied is very much like yours, ;D

I can see a trip to the library coming on, to see if they have a copy.
