Title: id request for 'waisted' blue vase.

I have ploughed through Pamela's vases - known and unknown - but either missed it or not there, so hoping someone will recognize the design.    260mm/10.25 inches tall - indented base, with lots of mat wear on the foot, so could be some reasonable age.  Nice pale blue, and really quite an unusual shape.   thanks for looking.
