hi,could you tell me what design this is please and rough yr,it has neater writing than my other ones,its 10cm tall,thanks kaz

I would call it a posy vase, it's in the tiger colourway. There have been a few variations in the colours of tiger over the years. Date is more difficult, maybe 80s, 90s or even more recent.
