Title: Vase with wavy vertical lines & bird bath base

I was so sure I'd find this in "Art Before Industry: 20th Century Czech Pressed Glass", and although there are a couple that are very similar, I couldn't find this one.  It has vertical horizontal wavy lines with scooped out sections where it widens, and protruding where the lines narrow.  It has a bird bath base and stands 7½" (19.5cm) high.  Any ideas please?
