Title: chunky dish

hi,this is 2 1/2inch at its tallest point,the glass is very thick,its mainly clear with red,blue and green,the bottom has polished out pontil mark,it has quite a few scratches to the base,thanks kaz

Possibly Japanese...they did a few things in this multi-colour way...the shape is not one I have seen before...

Could just as easily be from anywhere else too.
