Title: Green Art Glass Mug - ID?

I have a pair of art glass mugs with an interesting loose chevron pattern to the glass and wonder if anyone can give me an id on the manufacturer.  There is a polished pontil mark on the base an the handle has been applied.  They measure around 10.5cms tall.

I have added a larger photo - I think the other was a little too small for an id

 :hi: Looks like (possibly) it will glow under a UV light.
