Title: Nuutajarvi Notsjo Mystery

I have this piece of Nuutajarvi Notsjo. It's dated 1962, but I can't work out who the signature is by. I don't think it's Kaj Franck as I have another piece of his with his signature clearly visible. Can anyone help? Thanks, Paul.
