Title: Do you recognize this artist

I cannot seem to attach any photos so do any of you recognize a contemporary art glass artist whose first name appears to be Palmer and the second may start with T or Th.  It is an 8 5/8" high upturned flat mushroom (yellow and tangerine swirls) with three sides resting on a clear glass stem and then on three root feet, underwhich is the signature.  Its last two characters may be 99 or aa.

Can anyone help?

Possibly the attach function simply won´t work because your pictures are too big.  :)
