Title: Very large caraffe?

Hello

Any ideas on this beast? standing 51.5cm high diameter at the base 19cm.
Lions head disc to the wall and a raffia basket that fits on the bottom, plenty bubbles in the glass seems a handmade piece.
Beer bottle to show the scale.
If this is a caraffe it must have seen some party's.
