Title: Large Soda Glass Cylinder Vase + Batch label Any Ideas?

Hi. This contemporary cased cylinder soda vase stands at 13 1/2" high and has a batch label marked M stuck bear the base. Any ideas about the manufacturer or retailer would be most welcome. Thanks :-\

Although someone might recognise the label, could you post a photo of your vase under normal daylight conditions please?  Thanks!  :) :)
