Title: Vase - Orrefors?? Steuben?? Help please! ID = Elme

Hi. Took a punt on this vase today, not sure who the maker is. Very thick glass at 1cm round the rim. Height 19.5cm. Im not familiar with the signature. Any suggestions greatly appreciated, cheers! :)
